Do you have this transmission part? 

If it is on our website, then yes, we have it. If not, then this is because we are not selling it and cannot get it. 

Do you have this part in stock? 

We keep most of the parts in stock. If we happen to run out of something you will get a warning note in your shopping cart. Note that brake kits and suspension kits are assembled to order, so we are recommending ordering them in advance. 

Could you rebuild my transmission?

We used to offer rebuild services but we are no longer offering this service. We recommend contacting Northbendtech.com or Kormextrans.com.

Which payment methods are available?

We take PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Orders, and Personal Checks. All these ordering options are available on our website. Please note that we will have to wait 3-5 business days before the personal checks clear our bank. 

Do you offer car club discounts?

Almost all of our customers are members of one club or another. We try to keep our prices as low and competitive as possible. We occasionally offer specials and group buys on certain products, about which we announce on our website and on car club forums. 

How much will be the shipping cost? 

Several shipping options will be quoted at the beginning of the checkout process. You will see the prices and will be able to make your selection before the order is complete. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. We found that for most items Global Express Mail (EMS) or Global Priority Mail offer the most reasonable international shipping rates. On rare occasions, or due to destination specifics, not all the shipping options are available. Please inform us if you did not see at least one of these two shipping options. 

Should I place my order on your website or over the phone?

We recommend placing orders on our website. Your order will be placed securely, we will have your accurate billing and shipping information, and you will receive an order update and a tracking number when it ships. You can call in orders at 248-834-3231. We prefer PayPal as a payment method because of the accuracy of billing and shipping information. Our PayPal address is sales@supercar-engineering.com. Please email us and we will reply as soon as we can. We enjoy our cars at the track just as much as you do and have plenty of advice to share.
