If your transmission grinds when it goes in gear, or when you shift at at higher RPMs, then your synchronizers are worn out. Transmission synchronizers are wear items, just like your clutch or brake pads. They need to be replaced if worn, or as a preventative maintenance on high-mileage transmissions.

This is a kit includes everything that is needed to replace 1st and 2nd gear synchronizers in your Getrag Transmission:

1st gear synchro friction ring

2nd gear synchro friction ring

Seal - input shaft end plug

Seal - output shaft

Seal - left and right axle

Synchros and output shaft seal are imported from Japan.
